Participating

Use an email address you control and one account for your participation. Do not manipulate ratings, impersonate someone, harass others, post spam, or share unlawful material. Public names and descriptions follow the same rules. Avatars come from the fixed selection; uploads are not supported.

Comments are plain text. You retain your rights and give Eldritch Sword Games Ltd non-exclusive permission to store and display comments through this service. Your comment, public name and avatar can be seen without signing in. Account email and individual rating choices are private.

You can edit or delete your comments and change or remove your rating. Deleting your account removes its builds, comments and ratings. Moderation records and reports may be retained as described in the privacy notice.

Five-star ratings and Top Builds

Give 1–5 stars based on your experience with the build. One rating per account per build; you cannot rate your own build. The displayed average uses actual ratings only, with the number shown beside it.

Top Builds requires at least three ratings. Its ranking score is (sum of stars + 15) / (number of ratings + 5). This starts from a neutral three-star baseline with the weight of five ratings, then gives real votes more influence as they accumulate. Ties use rating count, publication date and finally build ID. The baseline is not displayed as real votes.

Replacing the game export clears that build’s ratings and starts a new revision. Website title, description and label edits keep ratings. Earlier comments stay visible with an earlier-version label. Rankings include all game versions unless you filter them; a rating is not a compatibility certification. Ratings cast by restricted accounts are removed.

Moderation and review

Human moderators can hide or restore builds/comments, reset inappropriate public profiles, restrict community participation and select featured builds. A restriction blocks posting and removes that account’s content from public discovery until reviewed; account access, export, deletion and support remain available. Hidden content cannot be republished to bypass review.

Decisions include the action, facts, applicable rule or legal ground and review options. They apply throughout this service and remain until changed by a human review. Affected users receive an account notice and email. Website reports require sign-in and use the account name and verified email automatically. Up to three reports per account per day are accepted, with one open report per item. Reports receive a private receipt and emailed outcome. No automated system decides whether reported content should be removed.

Ask for a human review at support@conquestbuilds.com, quoting the decision or report ID. You may also seek applicable out-of-court dispute settlement or judicial remedies. No automated system makes moderation decisions.

Report community content. Illegal-content notices without an account, support, appeals and official contacts use support@conquestbuilds.com, in English or Finnish.

Reports are assessed individually; disagreement with a build’s quality alone is not grounds to hide it. Featured placement is an editorial choice, separate from ratings. Testing is not a promise of uninterrupted availability.
